成人鼻咽癌放疗病人张口锻炼依从性影响因素及与自我管理效能的关系

摘　　要：目的:分析影响成人鼻咽癌放疗病人张口功能锻炼依从性情况,分析自我管理模式与张口功能锻炼依从性的关系。方法:选取我院124例鼻咽癌放疗病人,采用自我管理效能表、张口功能锻炼依从性问卷以及一般资料调查表,分析自我管理效能与张口功能的关系。结果:自我管理效能得分为(73.02±25.20)分,属于中等水平,得分率为52.16%;张口训练依从性得分为(40.06±9.15)分,属于中低水平,得分率为66.77%;分层回归分析表明,自我管理效能对成人鼻咽癌放疗病人张口锻炼具有重要的作用(P<0.01)。结论:成人鼻咽癌放疗病人张口锻炼依从性有待提高,文化程度、付费方式、自我管理效能感是影响张口锻炼依从性的影响因素,可以通过提升自我管理效能,达到提升鼻咽癌放疗病人张口锻炼依从性的目的,继而有效改善病人的生活质量。Objective:Analyze the influence on the compliance of adult nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients(NPC)with mouth opening exercise,and analyze the relationship between self-management mode and compliance with mouth opening exercise.Methods:One hundred and twenty-four cases of nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital were selected,including the self-management efficacy scale,mouth opening function exercise compliance questionnaire and general information questionnaire were used to analyze the relationship between self-management efficacy and mouth opening function.Results:The score of self-management efficacy was at a medium level,with a score index of 52.16%;while the compliance score of mouth opening training was at a medium-to-low level,with a score index of 66.77%;hierarchical regression showed that self-management efficacy had a significant effect on mouth opening exercise for adult patients with nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy.Important role(P<0.01).Conclusions:The compliance of adult nasopharyngeal cancer patients with radiotherapy needs to be improved.Self-management efficiency is an important influencing factor of compliance with mouth-opening exercises.Self-management efficiency can be improved to achieve the goal of improving compliance with mouth-opening exercises for patients with nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy,effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
