摘  要:高压或高开关频率场合,三电平Vienna整流器采用七段式空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)可控制中点电位平衡,但开关损耗大,而传统离散脉宽调制(DPWM)虽能降低开关损耗,却不具备中点电位调节能力。为此,针对三相三电平类Vienna拓扑,提出一种中点电位自平衡DPWM策略。该策略通过箝位指定相电压来降低开关损耗,利用2种冗余箝位模式切换实现中点电位平衡。根据Vienna整流器主电路原理,基于开关函数描述矢量空间形成过程;以部分小扇区为例详细阐述冗余箝位模式及其矢量序列确定方法,并推导基本矢量作用时间;分析2种模式对中点电位的影响,给出中点电位平衡算法。仿真和实验结果表明,所提调制策略能降低开关损耗,兼顾中点电位平衡。For high voltage or high switching frequency occasions,the three-level Vienna rectifier can use seven-segment space vector pulse width modulation to control the midpoint potential balance,but the switching loss is large,while the traditional discrete pulse width modulation(DPWM)can reduce the switching loss,but does not have the ability to adjust the midpoint potential.For this reason,for the three-phase three-level Vienna topology,a DPWM strategy with self-balancing midpoint potential is proposed.This strategy reduces switching losses by clamping the specified phase voltage,and uses two redundant clamping modes to switch to achieve midpoint potential balance.First,according to the principle of the main circuit of the Vienna rectifier,the vector space formation process is described based on the switching function;secondly,taking some small sectors as an example,the redundant clamp mode and its vector sequence determination method are explained in detail,and the basic vector action time is derived;in addition,the influence of the two modes on the midpoint potential is analyzed,and the midpoint potential balance algorithm is given.Finally,simulations and experiments show that the proposed modulation strategy can not only reduce the switching loss but also take into account the midpoint potential balance.
