果袋类型对石榴果实发育期品质的影响

摘　　要：为筛选适宜石榴套袋生产的果袋类型,以‘泰山红’石榴为试材,以不套袋为对照,比较了两种常见类型纸袋对其果实发育期品质的影响。结果表明,石榴果实发育期单果重、百粒重、可溶性固形物含量、种子硬度和a*值均逐渐增加,L*值和b*值先升高后降低。套单层白色纸袋处理能增加石榴果实单果重、百粒重和a*值,套外黄内黑纸袋增加种子硬度和L*值的效果优于单层白色纸袋和对照。套袋处理降低了可溶性固形物含量,但与对照差异不显著。相关性分析表明,单果重与百粒重、可溶性固形物含量极显著正相关,百粒重与可溶性固形物含量、种子硬度、a*值之间互为极显著正相关关系。综合上述结果,石榴生产中建议使用单层白色纸袋。In order to screen bags suitable for fruit production of pomegranate,two types of paper bags were selected to compare their effects on quality of fruits during developmental stage of Taishanhong pomegranate.The results showed that the single fruit weight,hundred-grain weight,content of soluble solids,seed hardness and a*value of pomegranate increased gradually during the developmental stage,and the L*and b*values firstly increased and then decreased.Bagging treatment could increase the single fruit weight,hundred-grain weight and a*value,while the effects of the outer yellow and inner black paper bag on increasing seed hardness and L*value were better than those of single-layer white paper bag and the control.Compared with the control,bagging reduced the soluble solid content,but the difference was not significant.The correlation analysis showed that single fruit weight had very significant positive correlation with hundred-grain weight and contents of soluble solids.There were very significant positive correlations between hundred-grain weight and contents of soluble solids,seed hardness and a*value.It was recommended to use single-layer white paper bags in pomegranate production.
