摘　　要：以芍药品种“大富贵”为试验材料,探讨空气温度(15℃、25℃)、湿度(20%、50%)2个关键生态因子对温室芍药生长发育及开花的影响。结果表明:温度是影响芍药生长、成花的决定性因子,可显著缩短萌动时间;而湿度对植株生长和萌动时间的影响较小,同一温度不同湿度间差异不显著,但高湿度显著降低成花率,抑制开花。在25℃、20%湿度条件下,“大富贵”生长状况最好,萌动最早,且成花率最高;在15℃、20%湿度条件下,“大富贵”生长迟缓,萌动时间延长近10d,花蕾数量及成花率较低。可见,低温、低湿条件下芍药生长缓慢,不利于现蕾;而高温高湿易引起芍药花苞霉腐病,不利于成花。The effects of air temperature(15℃,25℃)and relative humidity(20%,50%)on growth and flowering of herbaceous peony Dafugui were studied in greenhouse.The results showed that temperature was the decisive factor affecting the growth and flowering of herbaceous peony,which could significantly shorten the germination time.Humidity had little effect on plant develpment and germination time,and there was no significant difference between different humidity at the same temperature,but high humidity significantly reduced the flowering rate and inhibited flowering.The growth status of Dafugui was the best at 25℃and 20%of humidity with the earliest germination and the highest flowering rate.Under the conditions of 15℃and 20%of humidity,Dafugui grew slowly,the germination time was prolonged for nearly 10 days,and the number of buds and flowering rate were lower.It concluded that the growth of herbaceous peony was slow under the conditions of low temperature and low humidity,which was not conducive to bud emergence,and high temperature and high humidity was easy to cause bud mildew rot,which went against flowering.
