改良肌皮瓣法与眶隔固定术的眼袋整形效果

摘　　要：目的探讨眼袋整形中改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术的应用效果。方法选取90例眼袋患者,均为2018年1月—2020年1月期间收治,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=45)采用传统肌皮瓣法治疗,观察组(n=45)采用改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术治疗,分析治疗效果、患者满意度、治疗时间、恢复时间、治疗前后眼部皮肤美观度评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组眼部皮肤美观度评分、总有效率、患者满意度较对照组高,治疗时间、恢复时间较对照组短,并发症发生率较对照组低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术在眼袋整形中总有效率较高,并发症较少,治疗时间较短,可加快恢复速度,眼部皮肤美观度较高,可提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of modified myocutaneous flap combined with orbital septal fixation in eye bag plastic surgery.Methods Ninety patients with eye bags were selected from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=45)was treated with traditional myocutaneous flap method,and the observation group(n=45)The modified myocutaneous flap method combined with orbital septal fixation was used to analyze the treatment effect,patient satisfaction,treatment time,recovery time,eye skin aesthetic score before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications.Results The eye skin aesthetic score,total effective rate,and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The treatment time and recovery time were shorter than those of the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Modified myocutaneous flap method combined with orbital septal fixation is always effective in blepharoplasty with fewer complications,shorter treatment time,faster recovery speed,higher eye skin aesthetics,and improved patient satisfaction.
