超声引导腰丛坐骨神经阻滞的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析在老年单侧下肢手术患者实施超声引导腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞方式的治疗情况及应用情况。方法选择2018年2月—2020年9月,收治的54例老年单侧下肢手术患者作为研究对象,并按患者住院号尾数的单偶数,分为观察组(27例,接受超声引导腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞治疗方式)和对照组(27例,接受常规腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞治疗方式)。结果对比两组患者麻醉状态、麻醉前后各时间段内的心率变化、麻醉前后各阶段的VAS评分,与对照组相对比,观察组麻醉起效时间更短,麻醉维持时间更长,麻醉后15 min、麻醉后45 min、手术结束时这三个时间段的心率检测值更高,手术完成时的VAS评分更低,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年单侧下肢手术患者实施超声引导腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞治疗方式,可帮助患者快速进入麻醉状态,以缓解患者的疼痛感,且有较长的麻醉维持时间,以帮助患者保持较稳定的手术治疗状态,确保患者能更顺利地完成手术治疗。Objective o analyze the treatment and application of ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus sciatic nerve block in elderly patients with unilateral lower limb surgery.Methods From February 2018 to September 2020,54 elderly patients with unilateral lower limb surgery were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(27 cases,receiving ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus sciatic nerve block treatment)and control group(27 cases,receiving conventional lumbar plexus sciatic nerve block treatment)according to the odd and even number of patients'hospitalization number.Results Compared with the control group,the onset time of anesthesia in the observation group was shorter,the duration of anesthesia was longer,the heart rate detection value of 15 minutes after anesthesia,45 minutes after anesthesia and the end of operation were higher,and the VAS score at the end of operation was lower in the observation group,compared with the control group Statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided lumbar plexus sciatic nerve block for elderly patients with unilateral lower limb surgery can help patients quickly enter the anesthesia state,relieve the pain of patients,and have a longer anesthesia maintenance time,so as to help patients maintain a more stable surgical treatment state and ensure that patients can complete the operation more smoothly.
