摘 要:比例流量阀是自动变速器的关键部件之一,其性能优劣直接影响变速器系统运行的品质和效果。以自动变速器用比例流量阀为研究对象,通过模拟计算分析关键参数对性能的影响。通过结构分析,将电磁阀分为电磁部和液压部。利用Ansoft Maxwell模拟软件对电磁部的气隙、衔铁结构尺寸等关键参数进行分析;利用AMESim软件对液压部进行p-i特性、跟随特性和动态响应特性分析。根据模拟计算结果指导正向设计及优化方案,通过试验验证设计的合理性,证实仿真的可靠性。Proportional flow valve is one of key parts in automatic transmission, and its performance directly affects quality and effect of transmission system. The proportional flow valve of automatic transmission was studied, the key parameters’ effect on performance was analyzed by simulation. Through structural analysis, the valve was divided into electromagnetic part and hydraulic part. The key parameters of electromagnetic part, such as air gap and armature size of the electromagnetic part, were analyzed with Ansoft Maxwell;the p-i characteristics, following characteristics and dynamic response characteristics of the hydraulic part were analyzed with AMESim software. Forward design and optimization design were performed by simulation calculation. Experimental results verify the design’s rationality and simulation’s reliability.
