摘  要:建立一个考虑碰摩力-油膜力耦合的单盘转子系统的动力学模型,推导出系统的量纲一化微分方程,运用四阶Runge-Kutta数值积分法进行数值计算,得到转子系统的分岔图、轴心轨迹图、Poincaré映射图、最大碰摩力分布图、时间历程图和频谱图,研究系统参数与动力学特征的关联关系,辨识出了转子系统的碰摩次数。结果表明:系统在油膜涡动、转盘与定子碰摩及油膜振荡的作用下产生了复杂的动力学行为;转盘阻尼的增加,能够提高系统的稳定性,减小转盘与定子的碰摩,使系统出现最佳的运行区域。A dynamic model of a single-disk rotor system considering the coupling of rub-impact force and oil film force was established, and the non-dimensional differential equation of the system was derived. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta numerical integration method was used for numerical calculation, and the bifurcation diagram, axis trajectory diagram, Poincaré mapping diagram, maximum friction force distribution diagram, time history diagram and frequency spectrum diagram of the rotor system were obtained.The relationship between the system parameters and dynamic characteristics was studied, and the number of friction impacts of the rotor system was identified. The research results show that the system produces complex dynamics under the action of oil film vortex, turntable and stator friction and oil film oscillation;the increase of turntable damping can improve the stability of the system, reduce the friction between turntable and stator, and make the best operating area of the system appears.
