摘  要:中化泉州石化有限公司二期100×10^(4)t/a乙烯装置投产后,充分发挥炼化一体化优势,形成了加氢尾油、石脑油、饱和液化气、乙烷等多种乙烯裂解原料来源。通过分析不同裂解原料的物理性质与对应的裂解性能,总结了不同裂解原料对应的裂解炉实际操作参数与运行状况。通过优化裂解原料配置,调整原料结构,取消了加氢尾油作为裂解原料,同时提高了轻质原料占比,轻石脑油占比从35%提高至42%,气相原料占比从11%提高至31%。与优化前相比,氢气收率从1.54%提高至2.18%,乙烯收率从34.19%提高至38.65%,丙烯收率从16.92%提高至17.43%,双烯收率提高了4.97个百分点。裂解原料的轻质化在有效提升双烯收率的同时,由于重质原料占比减少,丁二烯收率由5.13%降低至4.57%,苯收率由4.49%降低至3.67%,同时也对急冷以及压缩分离系统的运行工况产生了一定的负面影响,需考虑到各系统的运行瓶颈,并对装置的操作调节提出了更高的要求。After the1.0 Mt/a ethylene plant of the Phase II Refinery and Petrochemical Integration Project of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was put into operation,the advantages of refinery and petrochemical integration were given full play,and various sources of ethylene cracking raw materials such as hydrocracking tail oil,naphtha,saturated liquefied gas and ethane were formed.By analyzing the physical properties and cracking properties of different cracking raw materials,the actual operating parameters and running status of cracking furnace corresponding to different cracking raw materials were summarized.By optimizing the configu-ration of cracking raw materials and adjusting the structure of raw materials,the hydrocracking tail oil was cancelled as cracking raw material,and the proportion of light raw materials was increased from 35% to 42%for light naphtha and from 11% to 31% for gas phase raw materials.Compared with those before optimiza-tion,the yields of hydrogen,ethylene and propylene increased from 1.54% to 2.18%,34.19% to 38.65% and 16.92% to 17.43% respectively,and the yield of ethylene and propylene increased by 4.97 percentage points.Lighter cracking raw materials not only effectively improved the yield of ethylene and propylene,but also reduced the butadiene yield from 5.13% to 4.57% and the benzene yield from 4.49% to 3.67% due to the lower proportion of heavy raw materials.Also it had a certain negative impact on the operating conditions of quench system and compression separation system.The operation bottlenecks of the systems should be taken into account,and higher requirements should be put forward for the operation adjustment of the plant.
