摘  要:目的探讨思连康在新生儿巨细胞肝炎治疗中的应用价值。方法按照随机数字表法将我院98例新生儿巨细胞肝炎患儿分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。常规对症支持治疗基础上,对照组给予更昔洛韦,观察组给予更昔洛韦+思连康治疗,两组均治疗8周。对比两组肝功能指标[血清总胆红素(TBil)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)]恢复正常时间、巨细胞病毒CMV-DNA及CMV-IgM转阴率、治疗安全性。结果观察组TBil及ALT降至正常时间短于对照组,CMV-DNA及CMV-IgM转阴率(75.51%、67.35%)高于对照组(37.78%、30.61%)(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论思连康辅助更昔洛韦治疗新生儿巨细胞肝炎效果显著,有利于促进疾病转归,改善患儿肝功能,且安全性有保证。Objective To explore the application value of Siliankang in the treatment of neonatal giant cell hepatitis.Methods According to the random number table method,98 cases of neonatal giant cell hepatitis in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional symptomatic supportive treatment,the control group was given ganciclovir,and the observation group was given ganciclovir+Siliankang,both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The recovery time of serum total bilirubin(TBil)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the two groups,the negative conversion rate of CMV-DNA and CMV-IgM of cytomegalovirus,and the safety of treatment were compared.Results The time of TBil and ALT decrease to normal was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the negative conversion rates of CMV-DNA and CMV-IgM(75.51%,67.35%)were higher than those in the control group(37.78%,30.61%)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Siliankang assisted ganciclovir treatment of neonatal giant cell hepatitis has significant effect,is conducive to promoting disease outcomes,improving the liver function of children,and the safety is guaranteed.
