摘　　要：资本市场国际化创新促进了本国经济国际化发展效率,多层次一体化创新促进了本国经济创新竞争力提升,服务经济发展科技创新化促进了本国经济科技创新创业,造就了一大批引领国际的高科技产业。科技经济发展和创新演化、产业迁移与世界政经体系转变创造了新科技财富效应,提升了新财富积累速度,带动了科技金融发展,促进了新型反垄断机制建立,带来了科技创新致富效应。资本市场服务经济的启示在于:应加大资本市场创新以及科创板和北交所服务科技创新化的力度;以创新资本的价值为核心,引领金融体系面向新经济发展战略创新。The internationalization innovation of capital market has improved the efficiency of the internationalization development of a country’s economy. The multi-level integrated innovation has promoted the improvement in a country’s economic innovation competitiveness;the sci-tech innovation of service economy has promoted the sci-tech innovation and entrepreneurship of country’s economy, and has created a large number of international-leading high-tech industries;the development of sci-tech and economy, innovation evolution, industrial migration and the transformation of the world’s political and economic systems have created new-sci-tech wealth effects, raised the speed of new wealth, promoted the development of sci-tech finance, promoted the establishment of a new anti-monopoly mechanism, and resulted in the wealth effects of sci-tech innovation. The followings are the revelations of capital market serving economy: it is needed to promote innovation of capital market, step up efforts in STAR market and Beijing Stock Exchange to serve sci-tech innovation, and take the value of innovative capital as the core to lead the financial system to innovate in the new economic development strategy.
