摘　　要：当前人民币国际化程度较低,与中国经济的世界排名不符。人民币可自由兑换是人民币国际化的重要条件,其与资本市场开放程度密切相关。推进人民币国际化应做好三点:一是抓住部分国家去美元化的有利时机,鼓励和支持其广泛使用人民币;二是支持有关国家建立独立支付结算系统的构想,为人民币国际化寻找更多技术支持;三是抓住中日韩澳新与东盟签署区域全面经济伙伴关系协定的有利时机,把东盟及周边国家作为推进人民币国际化的重点地区。At present, the internationalization level of RMB is low, which is inconsistent with the world ranking of China’s economy. The convertibility of RMB is an important condition for the RMB internationalization, which is closely related to the openness of capital market. Three tasks should be done to promote the internationalization of RMB: first, seize the favorable opportunity of de-dollarization in some countries to encourage and support their extensive use of RMB;second, support some countries’ idea to establish an independent payment and settlement system and find more technical support for RMB internationalization;third, seize the favorable opportunity of signing the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement between China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN, and take ASEAN and its surrounding countries as key areas to promote RMB internationalization.
