城市小学大课间体育活动质量保证与成效监控研究--以怀化市鹤城区为例

摘　　要：该文从怀化市鹤城区城区小学大课间体育活动的现状着手,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法、数理统计法对怀化市鹤城区城区小学的大课间体育活动质量保证与成效监控进行分析研究。结果表明:在实施大课间体育活动质量保证活动方面,60%的学校开展较好,40%的学校大课间体育活动效果不理想;怀化市鹤城区城区小学大课间体育活动的形式较为单一;怀化市鹤城区城区小学近50%的小学生没有形成良好的体育锻炼意识,影响怀化市鹤城区小学大课间体育活动质量保证和成效监控开展的主要因素是学校重视程度,其次是组织形式与活动内容、安全问题,再次就是体育师资力量、学生态度、场地器械、学校投入资金。This paper starts from the current situation of physical activities during the recess in urban primary schools in Hecheng District of Huaihua City,and analyzes and studies the quality assurance and effect monitoring of physical activities in urban primary schools in Hecheng District of Huaihua City by using literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics.The results show that 60%of the schools carried out well in the implementation of quality assurance activities of large recess sports activities,and 40%of the schools did not have ideal results of large recess sports activities;The form of big recess sports activities in urban primary schools in Hecheng District of Huaihua City is relatively single;Nearly 50%of primary school students in Hecheng District of Huaihua City do not form a good awareness of physical exercise.The main factor affecting the quality assurance and effect monitoring of large recess sports activities in Hecheng District of Huaihua City is the attention of the school,followed by the organizational form and activity content,safety issues,and then the strength of physical education teachers,students'attitude,venues and equipment,school investment.
