脑卒中患者卒中后疲劳 社会支持与生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查郑州市脑卒中患者卒中后疲劳、社会支持与生活质量现状,并探讨三者之间的相关性。方法采用调查问卷的形式,便利选取郑州市两所三级甲等医院2020-01—2020-12住院脑卒中患者248例为研究对象,调查问卷包括:一般资料调查问卷、疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)。结果调查的248例脑卒中患者中126例存在卒中后疲劳(50.81%),未存在卒中后疲劳122例(49.19%);脑卒中后患者领悟社会支持量表总得分(59.57±11.42)分,属中度支持状态;健康状况量表调查总得分(55.84±23.91)分,各维度的得分均低于我国常模水平;卒中后疲劳、社会支持、生活质量三者Pearson相关分析显示,脑卒中患者卒中后疲劳与社会支持、生活质量均为负相关,社会支持与生活质量两者为正相关(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中患者卒中后疲劳、社会支持、生活质量三者之间具有相关性,卒中后疲劳影响患者的生活质量,社会支持可有效改善脑卒中患者的疲劳症状,并提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the current status of post-stroke fatigue,social support and quality of life of stroke patients in Zhengzhou,and to explore the correlation between the three.Methods A questionnaire was used to conveniently select 248 stroke patients hospitalized from January 2020 to December 2020 in 2 tertiary A hospitals in Zhengzhou city as the research objects. The questionnaires included:general information questionnaire,fatigue severity measurement table(FSS),perceived social support scale(PSSS),health survey brief(SF-36).Results Among the 248 patients with stroke investigated,126 patients had post-stroke fatigue (50.81%),and 122 patients(49.19%)did not have post-stroke fatigue;the total score of the social support scale for post-stroke patients was(59.57 ± 11.42)points,belonging to moderate support status;the total score of the health status survey survey was(55.84±23.91)points,and the scores in all dimensions were lower than the normal level in China. Pearson correlation analysis of fatigue,social support,and quality of life after stroke showed that post-stroke fatigue in stroke patients was negatively correlated with social support and quality of life,and social support was positively correlated with quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a correlation between post-stroke fatigue,social support,and quality of life in stroke patients. Post-stroke fatigue affects the patient’s quality of life. Social support can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms of stroke patients and improve their quality of life.
