图书馆知识转移生态化的机理及改进研究

摘　　要：图书馆知识转移生态化的基本目标是协调知识动态平衡、缩短知识获取路径、强化知识共享功能以及提升知识增值效益,其生态化实现应以“SECI”模型为标杆,贯穿知识互动、知识外化、知识组织、知识应用全过程。为了促进知识转移生态化,图书馆应改善知识环境以开发隐性知识价值、建立线上线下知识社群以促进知识主体交流、拓宽知识功能生态位以推进知识业务协同、打通知识价值链以驱动知识应用创新。The ecologization of library knowledge transfer aims to four basic goals,namely,coordinating the dynamic balance of knowledge,shortening the path of knowledge acquisition,strengthening the function of knowledge sharing and enhancing the benefit of knowledge appreciation.The implementation should take“SECI”model as a benchmark,and run through the whole process of knowledge interaction,knowledge externalization,knowledge organization and knowledge application.In order to facilitate the ecologization of knowledge transfer,library should optimize the knowledge environment to develop tacit knowledge value,establish online and offline knowledge communities to promote the exchange of knowledge subjects,broaden the ecological niche of knowledge function to accelerate the collaboration of knowledge business,and strive to break through the chain of knowledge value so as to drive the innovation of knowledge application.
