医院图书馆线上服务功能提升研究--以安德森癌症中心图书馆为例

摘　　要：在疫情常态防控背景下,国外顶级医院图书馆线上服务为国内医院图书馆线上服务功能提升和转型提供了新思路。采用网络调查法和案例分析法,对美国安德森癌症中心图书馆编辑服务、数据管理服务、写作和出版服务等线上服务项目展开研究。结果表明,美国安德森癌症中心图书馆依靠强大的专家团队,以用户需求为核心,以服务用户科研为方向,形成了提供科研项目全生命周期信息服务的特色。这些服务项目给我国医院图书馆开展线上服务带来启示,即:确定医院图书馆的核心价值和功能定位,发挥好图书馆的社会作用;深入了解科研数据共享、引用、存储的前沿应用,保持相关技术在图书馆应用的敏锐嗅觉;将围绕科研项目全生命周期的信息服务作为医院图书馆今后在线服务重点;通过专业图书馆和公共图书馆、高校图书馆之,间的合作以及图书馆与其他机构之间的合作尝试跨界服务。In the context of normalized pandemic prevention and control, the online service situation of foreign top hospital libraries provides new ideas for the improvement and transformation of domestic hospital libraries’ online service functions.This research adopts network investigation method and case analysis method to study online service projects such as the library editing service, data management service, and writing and publishing service of MD Anderson Cancer Center in the United States.The results show that MD Anderson Cancer Center Library relies on a strong team of experts, takes user needs as the core and user research as the direction, and has a characteristic of providing information services throughout the life cycle of scientific research projects.These services have brought inspirations to the development of online services of hospital libraries in our country, i.e.: determine the core value and functional positioning of hospital libraries, and give full play to the social role of the library;deepen understanding of the cutting-edge applications of scientific research data sharing, citation, storage, and maintain a keen sense of the application of related technologies in the library;take information services around the full life cycle of scientific research projects as the focus of future online services of the hospital library;carry out cross-border coordination between professional and public libraries, university libraries, libraries and other institutions.
