摘 要:煤炭浮选是一个复杂的多相过程,受不同的子过程和相互作用控制。经典浮选理论认为颗粒-气泡碰撞速率与体系中颗粒数量呈一阶关系,而气泡浓度保持不变。浮选速率常数与有效气泡表面积和浮选概率成正比,而粒度对气泡表面积和浮选概率有显著影响。因此,粒度是浮选中最重要的参数之一,它不仅影响气泡矿化和泡沫稳定性、气泡尺寸分布和气含率,还影响气泡-颗粒碰撞、附着和脱附速率以及药剂吸附。本文对浮选动力学模型进行了分析,重点介绍了粒度对煤的动力学速率、回收率和产品质量的影响。Coal flotation is a complex multiphase process,controlled by different sub-processes and interactions.Classical flotation theory believes that the particle-bubble collision rate has a first-order relationship with the number of particles in the system,while the bubble concentration remains unchanged.The flotation rate constant is directly proportional to the effective bubble surface area and the flotation probability,and the particle size has a significant effect on the bubble surface area and the flotation probability.Therefore,particle size is one of the most important parameters of flotation.It not only affects bubble mineralization and foam stability,bubble size distribution and gas holdup,but also affects bubble-particle collision,adhesion and desorption rates,and agent adsorption.The paper analyzes the flotation kinetic model,and focuses on the influence of particle size on coal kinetic rate,recovery rate and product quality.
