摘  要:为探索山东银莲花的不同生境中土壤特征差异及其对根结构的影响,通过土壤取样、温湿度测定及石蜡包埋切片,测定了该种生长期内土壤的理化指标,并观察分析根的结构差异。结果表明:相比在针阔混交林下,山顶灌丛的土壤温度、土壤粒径、电导率、可溶性盐离子含量和全碳、氮含量均较高,湿度较低。山顶灌丛中幼根维管柱直径/根直径、维管柱面积/皮层面积都高于针阔混交林下,输导能力强,以适应山顶的土壤环境条件,增强对环境的抗逆性。本研究结果为山东银莲花根的环境适应机制研究奠定基础,且为该物种的有效保护提供科学依据。In order to explore the soil heterogeneity and its influence on anatomical structure of the roots of Anemone shikokiana(Makino)Makino in two different habits,the physical and chemical indexes of soil are measured during the A.shikokiana growth periods,and structural changes of the roots are observed.Compared with those in conifer and broad-leaf mixed forest,the results show that the soil temperature in mountaintop shrubs is higher and the soil moisture is lower.The soil particle size,electric conductivity,content of soluble salt ions,total carbon and nitrogen in mountaintop shrubs are higher than those in conifer and broad-leaf mixed forest.The results indicate that both the diameter of stele to the diameter of root ratio and the area of stele to the area of cortex ratio in mountaintop shrubs are higher than those of conifer and broad-leaf mixed forest,suggesting that the roots of A.shikokiana in mountaintop shrubs have strong transporting capacity and adaptability to increase resistance to the environment.This study will provide a foundation for the future research on the adaptive mechanism of roots to soil and an effective reference for the protection of A.shikokiana.
