集聚效应对服务业FDI区位选择的影响:基于产业维度的再分解与测度

摘　　要：文章基于FDI区位选择模型和FDI存量调整模型,采用系统GMM方法,对中国21个省(直辖市)服务业FDI区位选择中的集聚效应进行产业维度(产业间和产业内)的二次分解与测度,并对集聚效应的影响机理进行解释。研究结果表明:影响服务业FDI区位选择的集聚效应包括外资集聚效应和产业集聚效应;对两类集聚效应进行再分解后,测度结果显示,外资集聚效应强于产业集聚效应,而产业内集聚效应强于产业间集聚效应;集聚效应对服务业FDI区位选择的影响存在产业异质性,非房地产服务业FDI存在显著的服务业集聚效应,而房地产业FDI未显示出该类集聚效应。据此,文章进一步提出一系列FDI服务业相关政策建议。Based on FDI location choice model and stock adjustment model,we apply the system GMM method to quadratic decompose and measure the agglomeration effects in FDI location choice in services of 21 provinces in China,and explain the influence mechanism of agglomeration effect.The following conclusions are drawn,firstly,the agglomeration effect in FDI location choice in services includes foreign capital agglomeration effect and industrial agglomeration effect.Secondly,after re-decomposing the two kinds of agglomeration effects in industrial dimension,the measurement results show that foreign capital agglomeration effect surpasses industrial agglomeration effect,while inter-industry agglomeration effect surpasses intra-industry agglomeration effect.Lastly,industry heterogeneity exists in the influence of agglomeration effect on FDI in services.FDI in services except for real estate tends to cluster toward local service enterprises,while FDI in real estate does not show this agglomeration effect.
