摘 要:以黄瓜品种津联1号为试材,对≤3 mm和≤5 mm两种不同粒径的菇渣与蛭石复配基质用于幼苗培养效果进行试验。结果表明,在相同粒径下,幼苗的生长指数有较大差异。3叶1心期,S7处理的幼苗鲜质量和干质量分别比对照增加93.10%和71.93%,株高和茎粗分别比对照增加99.92%和34.24%,叶面积比对照增加了69.87 cm^(2),叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别比对照高31.8%和23.5%。综上所述,黄瓜育苗基质的最佳配方是S7处理(菇渣粒径≤5 mm,与蛭石体积比为4꞉1),其次是S2、S8。The cucumber variety Jin Lian No.1 was used as the test material to study the effect of the mixed substrate of mushroom residue and vermiculite with two different particle sizes of≤3 mm and≤5 mm for seedling cultivation.The results showed that,under the same particle size,the growth index of seedlings increases first and then decreases with the increase of vermiculite content in the substrate.At the stage of three-true-leaf,the fresh weight and dry weight of the seedlings treated with S7 increased by 93.10%and 71.93%,the plant height,stem thickness increased 99.92%and 34.24%,respectively,and leaf area increased 69.87 cm^(2) compared with the control.The soluble sugar and soluble protein content of leaves were 31.8%and 23.5%higher than those of the control.The results showed that the S7 treatment,in which mushroom residue(particle size≤5 mm)and vermiculite ratio 4:1,was the best substrate formula for cucumber seedlings followed by S2 and S8.
