摘 要:针对传统高压变频软起动方案操作繁琐、谐波大、维护周期短和造价高的特点,结合石化行业降低碳排放"气改电"的发展趋势,提出了主备风机一拖二降补固态软起动方案。该方案具有起动电流小且恒定、转矩大且逐步增加的软起动特性,同时具有不受外界环境干扰、起动时对电网影响小、无电磁干扰和费用低的特点,该软起动方案对石化行业大容量电动机的起动起着良好推动作用。In view of the characteristics of traditional high-voltage frequency conversion soft start scheme, such as complicated operation, high harmonics, short maintenance cycle and high cost, combined with the development trend of "steam to electricity" to reduce carbon emissions in petrochemical industry, this paper proposes a solidstate soft start scheme with one drag two step-down compensation for main and standby motors. The soft-start scheme has the characteristics of small and constant starting current, large and gradually increasing torque, no interference from external environment, little influence on power grid, no electromagnetic interference and low cost.The soft-start scheme plays a good role in promoting the starting of large capacity motors in petrochemical industry.
