摘 要:针对双碳目标下综合能源系统评价开展调研与分析,从能效、经济、环境和系统四个维度构建了综合能源系统评价指标体系,包含碳排放成本、新能源消纳和削峰填谷量等22个指标;梳理了当前主流综合评价方法及其原理,提出面向综合能源系统应用综合评价方法,采用层次分析法-熵权法相融合确定评价指标权重,兼顾主观认知与数据客观性,利用模糊综合评价法实现综合能源系统的定量评价,并阐述了在园区综合能源系统等场景开展综合评价的方法流程,有效支撑综合能源系统综合评价工作,提升综合能源系统管理水平,促进双碳目标下综合能源系统低碳高效发展。This paper conducts research and analysis on the integrated energy system evaluation under the dualcarbon target, and builds an integrated energy system evaluation index system from the four dimensions of energy efficiency, economy, environment, and system, including carbon emission costs, new energy consumption, peak shaving and valley filling and other 22 indicators;combs the current mainstream comprehensive evaluation methods and their principles;and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for the application of integrated energy systems, using the analytic hierarchy process-entropy method to determine the weight of evaluation indicators,taking into account subjective cognition and data objectivity, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method realizes the quantitative evaluation of the integrated energy system;and elaborates the method and process of comprehensive evaluation in the park integrated energy system and other scenarios, which effectively supports the comprehensive evaluation of the integrated energy system, improves the management level of the integrated energy system, and promotes the goal of double carbon low-carbon and efficient development of integrated energy systems.
