基于空间句法的路网结构特征与医院空间布局研究

摘　　要：为能够满足居民的就医需求,本研究以武汉市医院的空间分布及其周边道路为研究对象,以空间句法为基础,对武汉市医院的空间布局进行了综合分析,并在此基础上提出了武汉市医院优化布局的建议。研究发现:(1)武汉市三环内道路的句法参数值总体较高,但内部差异明显,居民从局部道路感知全局道路网络比较容易;(2)医院与路网的分布方向总体一致,呈西北—东南走向,医院等级越高其聚集程度就越强,医院分布密度由城市中心向城市外围逐渐降低;(3)医院的空间布局对高整合度道路的趋向性明显,医院的集聚等级与路网的整合度、选择度和连接值呈正相关,与路网深度呈负相关,高等级的医院集聚圈对道路的依赖性加强。To meet the residents'medical needs,this study took the spatial distribution of the hospitals in Wuhan and their surrounding roads as the rescarch objects,and based on spatial syntax,comprehensively analyzed the spatial layout of hospitals in Wuhan,and put forward suggestions on optimizing the layout of hospitals in Wuhan on this basis.The study found that:(1)The syntactic parameter values of the roads within the third ring road in Wuhan are generally higher,but the internal differences are obvious.It is easier for residents to perceive the global road network from local roads;(2)The distribution directions of hospitals and road networks are generally the same,in a nothwest-southeast direction.The higher the level of hospitals,the stronger the degree of clustering.The distribution density of hospitals gradually decreases from the center of the city to the periphery of the city;(3)The layout of graded hospitals has a clear trend towards highly integrated roads.The concentration level of hospitals is positively correlated with the choice,integration and connection value of the road network,and negatively correlated with the depth of the road network.High-level hospital clusters Increased dependence on roads.
