马克思地租理论视角下的数字租金研究——以平台资本为例

摘　　要：正如资本主义土地所有者凭借土地私有权获取地租,资本主义平台资本则通过对数据和数字劳动的占有与控制获取数字租金。劳动时间是价值增殖的源泉,尽可能多地将劳动者的自由时间转化为数字剩余劳动时间是平台资本攫取剩余价值的形成机制,由数字剩余劳动创造并被平台资本无偿占有的数字租金具有与地租相同的政治经济学意义。因此,打破平台资本基于时间的经济竞争逻辑、规范平台资本对数字租金的攫取行为是构建开放、安全、健康的平台生态系统的应有之义。Just as capitalist landowners obtain rents through private ownership of land,capitalist platform capital obtains digital rents through possession and control of data and digital labor. Labor time is the source of value multiplication and converting laborers’ free time into digital surplus labor time as much as possible is the formation mechanism of platform capital to grab surplus value. Digital rent created by digital surplus labor and occupied by platform capital for free has the same political and economic significance as land rent. Therefore,breaking the time-based economic competition logic of platform capital and regulating platform capital’s grabbing behavior of digital rents is what it means to build an open,safe,and healthy platform ecosystem.
