摘 要:对比了几种典型反应型凝胶催化剂对聚氨酯反应速度的影响,考察了催化剂对高回弹聚氨酯泡沫力学性能、长期疲劳性能、耐干湿热老化性能以及醛类物质含量的影响。结果表明,低气味催化剂对泡沫压缩永久形变、干湿热老化性能以及醛类物质含量有较大影响。加入低气味催化剂LOD-C制成的泡沫的压缩永久形变、耐湿热老化性能较好,且泡沫的醛类物质含量显著低于其它泡沫,甲醛含量为0.063 mg/kg;泡沫的75%压缩永久形变为8.0%,湿热老化后拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别降低了5.2%和4.4%。The effects of several typical reactive catalysts on the reaction speed of polyurethane were compared.The effects of catalysts on mechanical properties,long-term fatigue perfomance,hygrothermal aging properties,heat aging properties and aldehydes content of high resilience polyurethane foam were investigated.The results showed that low odor catalyst had great impact on foam compression set,dry heat resistance,moisture and heat aging properties and aldehydes content.The catalyst LOD-C was used to make the foam compression permanent deformation and moisture heat aging performance better.The aldehyde content of the foam was significantly lower than that of the other foam and the formaldehyde content was only 0.063 mg/kg.The 75%compression set of the foam was 8.0%,the tensile strength and tear strength of the foam decreased by 5.2%and 4.4%after the hydrothermal aging.
