摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃二醇为软段,4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇为硬段,合成密封件用大型浇注聚氨酯弹性体(CPU)。研究了异氰酸酯指数、原料温度、模具温度及分段浇注间隔时间对分段浇注聚氨酯密封件物性和接口质量的影响。结果表明:CPU分段浇注最佳工艺为异氰酸酯指数1.06,预聚体温度100℃,模具温度100℃,分段浇注间隔时间20 min,得到的聚氨酯密封件性能较好,接口性能良好。Casting polyurethane elastomer(CPU)for large segmental casted seals was synthesized by using polytetrahydrofuran diol as soft segment,4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol as hard segment.The effects of isocyanate index,raw material temperature,mold temperature and interval casting time on the physical properties and interface quality of the CPU sealing material were studied.The results showed that the best parameters were isocyanate index 1.06,prepolymer temperature 100℃,mold temperature 100℃,interval casting time 20 min,respectively.The mechanical properties and interface properties of polyurethane seals prepared by segment-manufacturing technology were good.
