摘  要:以异佛尓酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG2000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和乙二胺(EDA)等为原料制备水性聚氨酯分散体(PUD),并以所合成的PUD、粉状填料、成膜助剂及其他助剂为原料制得单组分水性聚氨酯防水涂料。研究了IPDI与HDI摩尔比、DMPA和EDA用量对防水涂料涂膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,IPDI与HDI摩尔比为1∶1、DMPA用量占PUD固体分的4%、后扩链剂EDA摩尔分数为PUD预聚体中NCO基的60%时,所合成PUD制备单组分水性聚氨酯防水涂料性能最优。The waterborne polyurethane dispersion(PUD)was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI),polyteramethylene ether glycol(PTMG2000),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)and ethylene diamine(EDA)as raw materials.One-component waterborne polyurethane waterproof coating was prepared with PUD,powder filler,coalescent and other additives.The effects of the molar ratio of IPDI to HDI,dosages of DMPA and EDA on the film performances of waterproof coatings were studied.The results showed that,when the molar ratio of IPDI to HDI was 1∶1,the dosage of DMPA was 4%of PUD solid,and the molar fraction of EDA was 60%of NCO in PUD prepolymer,the performance of single-component waterborne polyurethane waterproof coating prepared by PUD was the best.
