摘  要:采用固相萃取(SPE)与高效液相色谱(HPLC)结合的方法建立了革用聚氨酯体系中游离2,4-二氨基甲苯(TDA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDA)的定量分析方法。结果表明,该方法对体系中游离的TDA和MDA具有较高的检测灵敏度和定量准确性,仪器检测的线性范围为1.0~20 mg/L,检出限分别为0.02 mg/L和0.03 mg/L。TDA和MDA的样品和空白加标回收率分别为80.3%~111.2%和92.7%~107.7%。该方法可作为革用聚氨酯产品安全性指标的重要检测手段。A quantitative method for the determination of free TDA and MDA in polyurethane system for synthetic leather was developed by combining solid phase extraction(SPE)with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the method had high sensitivity and quantitative accuracy for the detection of TDA and MDA in the system,the linear range of the method was 1.0~20 mg/L,the detection limits were 0.02 mg/L and 0.03 mg/L,respectively.The recoveries of TDA and MDA were 80.3%~111.2%and 92.7%~107.7%,respectively.This method could be used as an important test method for the safety performance of polyurethane products for synthetic leather.
