摘　　要：互联网的发展丰富了图书馆的服务方式,数字化信息服务则是其中之一,但著作权保护、原创作品众筹、IP创作、读者信息安全等问题也随之而来,区块链技术可为数字化信息服务提供安全环境,解决信息共享存在的安全保护问题。结合新兴区块链与智能合约技术,提出基于区块链技术的数字化信息服务平台功能与模块框架,为保护知识产权、提高公民阅读兴趣、实现全民阅读、实现信息数字化提供理论与技术支持。The development of the Internet has enriched library service modes,and digital information service is one of them.However,copyright protection,crowdfunding of original works,IP creation,reader information security and other issues also follow.The blockchain technology can provide a secure environment for digital information services,solve the security protection problems existing in information sharing.Combined with the emerging blockchain and smart contract technology,this paper puts forward the function and module framework of digital information service platform based on blockchain technology,which provides theoretical and technical support for protecting intellectual property rights,improving citizens reading interest,realizing universal reading and realizing information digitization.
