学术期刊引证质量和引用质量分析——以CSSCI收录的图书情报档案学期刊为例  

Analysis on the Citation Quality and Quotation Quality of Academic Journals—Taking CSSCI Journals of the Science of Library Information and Archival as an Example

摘　　要：通过对期刊论文进行引证和引用的文献计量分析,可以发现期刊引证、期刊引用的特征和规律,探析期刊引用和引证的价值,为期刊评价提供参考。提出期刊引用认同质量、期刊引证形象质量、作者引用认同质量和作者引证形象质量的概念,给出期刊引证质量和期刊引用质量的测度方法;并以CSSCI收录的图书情报档案学领域20种核心期刊为研究对象,分析其2016-2017年(两年)期刊的引证质量和引用质量。研究发现:图书情报档案学期刊的期刊引用认同质量、期刊引证形象质量和作者引证形象质量的分布规律具有较高的一致性,但作者引用认同质量的分布规律恰好相反。学术期刊的引证质量和引用质量不仅与期刊学科类型有关,还与期刊的学术影响力有关。学术期刊的引证质量和引用质量均可作为期刊影响力评价的要素指标。The significance of this study is to find out the characteristics of journal citation and journal quotation,and explore the value of journal citation and journal quotation,so as to provide guidance for journals evaluation.Firstly,this paper proposes the concepts of journal quotation identification quality,journal citation image quality,author quotation identification quality and author citation image quality.Then,the paper gives the measure method of journal citation quality and journal quotation quality.Lastly,the paper analyzes the citation quality and quotation quality of 20 core journals of the science of library information and archival included by CSSCI from 2016-2017(two years).This study found that the distribution of journal quotation identification quality,journal citation image quality and author citation image quality have a high consistency,but the trend of the distribution of author quotation identification quality is opposite.The citation quality and quotation quality of academic journals are not only related to the discipline type of the journal,but also to the academic influence of the journal.They can be used as the key indicators of the impact evaluation of the journal.
