摘 要:以回收再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(R-PET)瓶片为原料制备的黑色原液着色再生涤纶短纤维(R-PET-BF)为分析对象,利用全生命周期分析(LCA)方法分析量化R-PET-BF生产各阶段的环境影响,LCA选取6种环境影响类别,分别为全球变暖效应潜值(GWP)、酸化效应潜值(AP)、能耗(EC)、淡水生态毒性潜值(FAETP)、光化学臭氧合成(POCP)、陆地生态毒性潜值(TETP);并探讨实际生产中以废弃纺织品为原料制备的R-PET泡料添加比例对R-PET-BF的LCA结果的影响。结果表明:采用LCA分析计算,R-PET-BF各生产阶段的环境影响贡献从大到小依次为废瓶及其回收、熔融纺丝、物理处理;通过归一化分析,R-PET-BF生产过程中环境影响贡献最大的类别为EC,占比达87.43%;在R-PET-BF生产中添加一定量的R-PET泡料作为原料,可有效减少环境影响,当R-PET泡料质量分数为30%时,EC减少9.52%,FAETP减少21.02%,GWP减少2.97%。Taking a black dope-dyed recycled polyester staple fiber(R-PET-BF)prepared from recycled polyethylene terephthalate(R-PET)bottle flakes as the analysis object,the environmental impact of each R-PET-BF production stage was analyzed and quantified by life cycle assessment(LCA),which selected six environmental impact categories,namely global warming potential(GWP),acidification potential(AP),energy consumption(EC),freshwater ecotoxicity potential(FAETP),photochemical ozone synthesis(POCP)and terrestrial ecotoxicity potential(TETP).And the effect of the addition ratio of R-PET foam prepared from waste textiles on the LCA results of R-PET-BF was discussed.The results showed that according to LCA analysis and calculation,the environmental impact contribution of each R-PET-BF production stage was waste bottle and its recovery,melt spinning and physical treatment from high to low;the normalization analysis indicated that EC had the most important contribution to environmental impact in the production process of R-PET-BF,accounting for 87.43%;adding a certain amount of R-PET foam as raw material can effectively reduce environmental impact in R-PET-BF production,and EC decreased by 9.52%,FAETP by 21.02%and GWP by 2.97%when the mass fraction of R-PET foam was 30%.
