摘  要:以聚己内酰胺(PA 6)切片为原料,以低级醇为溶剂,加入助溶剂、沉析剂,采用溶剂沉析法制备层析用PA 6粉;探讨了PA 6相对黏度、溶解温度及时间、沉析剂用量及其加入速度等工艺条件对产品收率和质量的影响,并对产品的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:PA 6的相对黏度越高,其溶解性越差,产品收率越低;PA 6用量大,溶解时间短,产品收率低;随着沉析剂用量的增加,产品收率先增加后下降;制备层析用PA 6粉较佳工艺条件为PA 6相对黏度为2.6,PA 6质量分数12%,溶剂质量分数46%,助溶剂质量分数12%,沉析剂质量分数30%,溶解温度90℃,溶解时间8 h,沉析剂加入时间为20 min;上述工艺下所得层析用PA 6粉产品收率为98.1%,其表面形态为多孔结构,分子结构同PA 6没有改变,熔点相比PA 6有所降低,为189℃,比表面积达68.1 m^(2)/g,吸附性能好。Polycaprolactam(PA 6)powder for chromatography was prepared by solvent precipitation method with PA 6 chip as raw material in the presence of low alcohol solvent,cosolvent and precipitant.The effects of technological conditions such as relative viscosity of PA 6,dissolution temperature and time,precipitant dosage and addition rate on the yield and quality of PA 6 were discussed.The structure and properties of the product were characterized.The results showed that the higher the relative viscosity of PA 6,the poorer its solubility and the lower the product yield;the larger amount of PA 6,the shorter the dissolution time and the lower the product yield;the product yield first increased and then decreased with the increase of precipitant dosage;the process conditions for preparing PA 6 powder for chromatography were optimized as follows:PA 6 relative viscosity 2.6,12%PA 6,46%solvent,12%cosolvent and 30%precipitant by mass fraction,dissolution temperature 90℃and time 8 h,precipitant addition time 20 min;the yield of PA 6 powder for chromatography was 98.1%under the above process conditions,and the obtained PA 6 powder showed porous surface morphology,unchanged molecular structure and lower melting point of 189℃as compared with PA 6 and acquired good adsorption performance due to the specific surface area up to 68.1 m^(2)/g.
