摘 要:结合400 kt/a聚酯装置实际生产情况,分析了聚酯装置终缩聚真空系统出现堵塞的原因,并提出处理措施。结果表明:终缩聚真空系统堵塞主要原因为气相管线堵塞和大气腿堵塞,低聚物吸附在气相管线管壁上会造成气相管线堵塞,酯化率过低、真空度过高和终缩聚反应器内的温度过高会造成大气腿堵塞;通过采取优化聚酯工艺平台和定期使用回用乙二醇热冲洗、氮气反吹、捅残渣、刮刀正反转等手段,终缩聚真空系统堵塞风险减少,保证了真空系统的稳定运行。The causes and solutions of the blockage in the vacuum system of polyester final polycondensation unit were analyzed based on the actual production situation of 400 kt/a polyester plant.The results showed that the blockage in the vacuum system of polyester final polycondensation unit was mainly caused by gas phase pipeline and atmospheric leg blockage,the oligomer adsorption on gas phase pipeline led to the gas phase pipeline blockage,and the atmospheric leg blockage occurred due to the and extremely low esterification rate and extremely high vacuum degree and final polycondensation reactor temperature;the blockage of the final polycondensation vacuum system can be prevented by optimizing polyester process platform and irregularly reusing EG hot stamping,applying nitrogen recoiling,poking residue and using scraper forward and reversely to ensure the stable operation of vacuum system.
