摘  要:使用YG367型全自动长丝热应力测试仪测试了3种不同规格的涤纶预取向丝(POY)的动态热应力,研究了预张力、热箱内温度、拉伸比和收丝速度对涤纶POY动态热应力测试结果的影响。结果表明:涤纶POY的动态热应力测试值随着拉伸比、收纱速度的增加而增大,受预张力(0.03~0.07 cN/dtex)和热箱内温度(165℃以上)的影响很小;单位线密度动态热应力测试值随拉伸比增加而增大、随单根纤维线密度减小而增大;预张力和收纱速度(小于250 m/min)对单位线密度动态热应力测试结果的影响很小;拉伸比和拉伸温度相同的情况下,单根纤维的线密度越小,单位线密度热动态热应力测试值越大。The dynamic thermal stress of three different specifications of polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)was measured by YG367 automatic filament thermal stress tester.The effects of pretension,hot box temperature,draw ratio and take-up speed on the dynamic thermal stress test results of polyester POY were studied.The results showed that the dynamic thermal stress of polyester POY increased with the increase of draw ratio and take-up speed and was little affected by pretension(0.03-0.07 cN/dtex)and hot box temperature(above 165℃);the dynamic thermal stress per unit linear density increased with the increase of draw ratio and with the decrease of single fiber linear density;pretension and take-up speed(below 250 m/min)had little effect on the test results of dynamic thermal stress per unit linear density;and the lower the linear density of a single fiber,the greater the dynamic thermal stress per unit linear density under the same draw ratio and drawing temperature.
