摘  要:针对山西灵石县安苑洗煤有限公司120万t选煤厂设备闲置时间较长,锈蚀严重,电气元器件丢失及原煤细矸含量高,易泥化等问题,在对TBS粗煤泥分选机结构及分选工作原理进行概述的基础上提出了将TBS粗煤泥分选机应用于该选煤厂以优化其粗煤泥分选工艺的探讨,并对优化后的粗煤泥浮沉试验结果及经济效益进行了分析比较。结果表明,TBS粗煤泥分选机是当前有效提升2 mm直径以下微颗粒筛选质量的主要机械,其与常规分选工艺相比,可实现重介分选,且其分选密度自控系统具有较强的适应性,能显著提升回收率及精煤质量。Aiming at the problems of long idle time,serious rusting,loss of electrical components and high content of fine gangue of raw coal,such as easy mudification,the TBS coarse coal slurry sorter is proposed to be applied to this coal processing plant to optimize its coarse coal slurry sorting process based on the overview of the structure and working principle of TBS coarse coal slurry sorter,and the optimized coarse coal slurry flotation test results and economic benefits are analyzed.The results of flotation and sinking tests of the optimized crude coal slurry and the economic benefits were analyzed and compared.The results show that the TBS coarse coal slurry sorter is the main machine to effectively improve the screening quality of micro-particles below 2 mm diameter,and it can achieve heavy dielectric separation compared with the conventional separation process,and its sorting density self-control system has strong adaptability,which can significantly improve the recovery rate and fine coal quality.
