摘  要:基于斜沟煤矿综放工作面末采期间采用双排垛式支架支护回撤通道,完成工作面搬家倒面工况试验为背景,采用理论分析、工况现场监测等手段,监测巷道顶板、两帮围岩变形、矿山压力实时动态变化规律等情况,深入分析13.8 m厚煤层综放工作面末采收尾搬家倒面期间,采用双排垛式支架支护预掘回撤通道顶板,巷道围岩及其上覆岩层矿山压力显现变化规律,为预掘回撤通道巷道设计、支架参数优化、垛式支架选型及垛架间排距优化设计提供依据。Based on the background of using double-row palletized brackets to support the retraction channel during the end mining of the comprehensive release workings in the slanting ditch coal mine and completing the working condition test of moving back the workings,theoretical analysis and working condition field monitoring are used to monitor the top plate of the roadway,the deformation of the surrounding rock of both sides and the real-time dynamic change law of mine pressure,etc.,and in-depth analysis of the use of double-row palletized brackets to support the retraction channel during the end mining of the comprehensive release workings in the 13.8 m thick coal seam and the moving back the workings.During the period of the end of the end of the 13.8 m thick coal mining workings,the top plate of the pre-digging retraction channel is supported by the stacked bracket,and the change law of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the mine pressure of the overlying rock layer appears,which provides the basis for the design of the roadway of the pre-digging retraction channel,the optimization of the bracket parameters,the selection of the stacked bracket and the optimization design of the row distance between the stacked bracket.
