摘 要:为解决带式输送机运行时皮带跑偏现象,通过调心托辊结构对皮带跑偏现象进行纠正,在分析皮带跑偏现象基本情况的基础上,对调心托辊的整体结构及其工作原理进行了简要介绍。基于ADAMS软件建立了带式输送机的简化有限元模型,分析了旋转角度和托辊表面正压力对调心托辊纠偏能力的影响规律。In order to solve the belt runout phenomenon during the operation of belt conveyor,the belt runout phenomenon is corrected by the centering roller structure,based on the analysis of the basic situation of belt runout phenomenon,the overall structure of centering roller and its working principle are briefly introduced.Based on ADAMS software,a simplified finite element model of the belt conveyor is established,and the influence law of rotation angle and positive pressure on the surface of the roller on the deflection correction ability of the centering roller is analyzed.
