摘　　要：针对大、中型电机定子铁心的立车加工工艺进行了研究,设计了一种新型工装并优化了立车加工工艺。经过实际验证,此工装能够在提高精度的同时,使安装效率达到此前的两倍以上。The vertical turning process of stator cores of large and medium-sized motors was studied,a new tooling was designed and the vertical turning process was optimized,and it was verified that this tooling could improve the accuracy and make the installation efficiency more than twice of the previous one.
