摘 要:为了解决传统采煤机自动调高液压系统效率低、稳定性差等问题,对调高液压系统进行了原理分析,选用液压比例阀代替普通电磁阀,对电液比例控制系统进行了元件选型,使用AMEsim仿真技术软件对电液比例控制调高液压系统进行建模分析。分析表明,运用液压比例阀,拥有更好的稳定性且活塞杆速度提高了10%,更加适合采煤机自动调高液压系统。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor stability of the traditional automatic height adjustment hydraulic system of coal mining machine,the principle analysis of the height adjustment hydraulic system was carried out,the hydraulic proportional valve was selected instead of the common solenoid valve,the component selection of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system was carried out,and the modeling analysis of the electro-hydraulic proportional control height adjustment hydraulic system was carried out using AMEsim simulation technology software.The analysis shows that the use of hydraulic proportional valve has better stability and the piston rod speed is increased by 10%,which is more suitable for the automatic heightening hydraulic system of coal mining machine.
