摘 要:为了解决传统人工操作矿井排水泵的复杂性等问题,基于PLC控制器对矿井主排水系统进行设计研究,给出了中央水泵自动化控制系统硬件配置结构及自动控制软件流程,同时分析了传感器工作形式,保障了传感器运行的可靠性及精度,通过基于PLC的设计有效实现了矿井排水泵控制系统的自动控制目标,解决了人工操控繁琐问题,为矿井防治水害事故的出现提供一定的解决途径,为保障矿井安全生产做出一定的贡献。In order to solve the complexity of the traditional manual operation of mine drainage pumps,the main mine drainage system is designed and studied based on PLC controller,the hardware configuration structure of the central pump automatic control system and the automatic control software process are given,and the working form of the sensor is analyzed to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the sensor operation,and the PLC-based design effectively achieves the goal of automatic control of the mine drainage pump The PLC-based design effectively realizes the automatic control target of mine drainage pump control system,solves the problem of tedious manual control,provides a certain solution to the occurrence of water damage accidents in mines,and makes a certain contribution to guaranteeing safe production in mines.
