摘 要:为保证采煤机滚筒调高能获得最佳的割煤效果和最大的回采率,对采煤机自动调高技术进行研究,并对电液比例换向阀控制的调高液压系统进行模拟分析。通过分析得出,电液比例阀控制的液压系统可在短时间达到预期值,且能够快速精确地控制采煤机滚筒的调高,进而可提高煤炭开采的质量。In order to ensure the best coal cutting effect and the maximum recovery rate of coal mining machine drum height adjustment,studies on the automatic high technology regulation of coal miners is analyzed and studied,and the hydraulic system of height adjustment controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve is simulated and analyzed.It is concluded from the analysis that the hydraulic system controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional valve can reach the expected value in a short time and can control the height adjustment of coal miner drum quickly and precisely,and then can improve the quality of coal mining.
