摘　　要：阐述了天然石材在传统设备加工过程中所碰到的问题和痛点,并就金刚线多线切割机在天然石材荒料板材加工领域的应用及产业化可行性作了分析。探讨金刚线在产业化过程中碰到的困难及解决方案,针对石材加工过程中的特点并且结合金刚线的特殊性,提出了金刚线切割石材设备的研究方案。The problems and pain points encountered in the processing of natural stone in traditional equipment are explained,and the feasibility of the application and industrialization of diamond wire multi-wire cutting in the field of natural stone slab processing is analyzed.Discussion of diamond wire in the industrialization process encountered difficulties and solutions,for the characteristics of the stone processing process and combined with the special characteristics of diamond wire,diamond wire cutting stone equipment research program is given.
