热电厂直线振动筛关键零部件裂纹的预防探讨

摘　　要：为解决热电厂直线振动筛工作中出现的轴承发热、转数不够、筛分质量降低、运转时存在杂音等故障,基于热电厂直线振动筛运行原理,从断裂力学及部件材料等角度综合分析了正常工作状态和非正常工作状态下的裂纹产生原因及发展趋势,并对侧板开裂、底梁中部裂纹、激振器大梁裂纹、出料口及入料口挡板裂纹等的预防进行分析。In order to solve the problems of bearing heating,insufficient rotation,lower screening quality and noise in the work of linear vibrating screen in thermal power plant,based on the operation principle of linear vibrating screen in thermal power plant,the causes and development trend of cracks in normal working condition and abnormal working condition are analyzed from the perspectives of fracture mechanics and component materials,and the prevention of cracks in side plate,crack in the middle of bottom beam,crack in exciter beam,crack in discharge and inlet baffle is analyzed.The prevention of cracking of the side plate,cracking of the middle of the bottom beam,cracking of the exciter beam,cracking of the discharge and inlet baffle,etc.is analyzed.
