摘 要:本数据集是对我国河南、湖北、湖南、北京、天津、河北等落叶果树重点分布地区及优势产区落叶果树的农家品种资源进行调查与收集而形成的数据集。本数据集收集了2012–2017年间石榴、核桃、猕猴桃、李、杏、枣、山楂、葡萄、桃、樱桃、苹果、柿、梨、板栗14个树种的品种资源的实地照片,数据包括大生境、小生境、整树及叶、花、果以及突出种质特性部位。果树基本性状按照《果树种质资源描述规范和数据标准》制表,所有资源的调查和采集均是在相关树种专家带领下多次访问农家品种资源所在地获取的,果树农家品种资源鉴定信息参考中国植物物种数据库。同时组建不同树种的联合专家组进行考察,以保证调查资源的可靠性和唯一性。本数据集填补了国内濒临灭绝或具有特异农艺性状的农家品种果树资源信息空缺,为我国果树领域资源保存和育种研究提供强有力的溯源性支撑。This dataset is based on the investigation and collection of the varieties of deciduous fruit trees in Henan,Hubei,Hunan,Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei provinces.The dataset has collected 14 species of pomegranate,walnut,kiwifruit,plum,apricot,jujube,hawthorn,grape,peach,cherry,apple,persimmon,pear and chestnut from 2012 to 2017 for field photography.The data consists of macrohabitat,microhabitat,whole tree,leaf,flower,fruit,and other parts with prominent germplasm characteristics.The basic characteristics of fruit trees are tabulated according to Description Criterion and Data Standard for Fruit Tree Germplasm Resources.The investigation and collection of all the resources are obtained through multiple visits led by tree experts to the places where indigenous varieties exist.The identification information of indigenous varieties of fruit trees refers to the Chinese plant species database.At the same time,the joint expert group of different tree species has been set up to ensure the reliability and uniqueness of investigative resources.This dataset offers endangered or special agronomic varieties of fruit trees in China,and provides strong traceability support for resource conservation and breeding research in the field of fruit trees in China.
