摘 要:从自然界获取灵感,模仿生物体表结构制备人工集水装置对缓解水资源短缺具有重要意义,具有广阔的应用前景。松针表面上具有自主从雾中收集液滴的特性,受此启发通过模仿松针表面的微/纳米结构,制备一种可以实现雾气定向收集且制备方法简单的功能表面。在经过微精细加工的黄铜锥体的表面上,利用纳秒激光器加工出放射状微米级沟槽和纳米级熔融结构,在锥体表面上实现微-纳米结构的复合。通过改变激光加工的功率,实现对雾气捕获效率的调控。结果表明,加工出的仿松针黄铜锥体表面上拉普拉斯压力呈主导作用,使得在圆锥尖端的液滴可以发生定向迁移。这种仿松针黄铜锥体结构可以在不使用任何表面化学修饰情况下,实现简易制备、无须借助外力的液滴定向收集,在雾水收集等方向具有良好的应用前景。Taking inspiration from the natural and preparing artificial water collection devices by imitating the surface structure of organisms is of great significance to alleviate water shortages and has broad application prospects.Pine needles have the characteristics of autonomously collecting droplets from the fog.Inspired by this,by imitating the micro/nano structure of the surface of pine needles,a functional surface with simple preparation method and realizing directional collection of mist is prepared.On the surface of the brass cone with micro-fine processing,a nanosecond laser is used to process radial micro-level grooves and nano-level melting structures,and the micro-nano structure composite is realized on the surface of the cone.And by changing the power of laser processing,the efficiency of fog capture can be controlled.The results show that the Laplace pressure on the surface of the processed pine needle brass cone is dominant,which promotes the directional migration of the droplets at the tip of the cone.Without any surface chemical modification,the brass cone imitating pine needle realizes the directional collection function of droplets with simple manufacture and no external force,which has a good application prospect in the direction of fog water collection.
