摘 要:为了解高强材料组合结构的受力性能,开展了7根高强钢管超高强混凝土(UHSC)轴压柱的整体稳定性能试验,探讨了长径比对其破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线、荷载-挠度曲线以及钢管应变等力学特征的影响。试验结果表明,长径比对高强钢管UHSC柱整体稳定性能的影响机理与普通钢管混凝土柱类似,但前者组成材料弹性比例高,更易发生突然的失稳弯曲。借助已验证的有限元模型,对稳定曲线开展截面参数分析。分析结果表明,以短柱轴压承载力为基准,对长细比进行正则化后,截面参数对稳定曲线的影响可以忽略不计。以此正则长细比为自变量提出的稳定系数计算方法,考虑了各材料组合的套箍效应差异,适用范围较广,可较准确地预测高强钢管UHSC轴压柱的稳定承载力。To understand the mechanical behavior of composite structures with high strength materials,seven ultra-high strength concrete(UHSC)filled high strength steel tube(CuFShT)columns under axial load were tested.The failure modes,load-axial displacement curves,load-deflection curves,and steel strains of the specimens with different length to diameter(L/D)ratios were investigated.The results show that the influence mechanism of the L/D ratio on the overall buckling of CuFShT columns is similar to that on ordinary CFST columns.However,the CuFShT columns exhibited sudden bending behavior earlier due to the significant elastic behavior of its composite materials.A finite element model verified by the test results was used to explore the influence of section parameters on the stability curves.The results indicate that the influence is negligible if the slenderness ratio is regularized by the column strength.The column strength is influenced by the difference in the confinement action of different material combinations.Taking the regularized slenderness ratio as an independent variable,a new calculation method of the stability coefficient with an extensive application scope was proposed.It has good accuracy in predicting the strengths of CuFShT columns under axial load.
