摘 要:采用一步水热法合成一种新型的纳米二硫化钼包覆的碳纤维抗磨填料CF-MoS;纤维杂化体,将不同接枝量的纤维杂化体作为增强剂,制备一系列以聚四氟乙烯基体的复合材料;对复合材料的结晶结构、热性能、微观结构进行了表征,并讨论其摩擦学行为和相应的磨损机制。结果表明:与未处理的碳纤维相比,制备的纤维杂化体有更大的比表面积和表面粗糙度,相比传统润滑相和增强相的二元复合填料,纤维杂化体与基体的界面结合力更强;相应的具有最佳综合性能的复合材料与纯聚四氟乙烯基体相比,最初分解温度和最快分解温度分别提高了8.4和8.0℃,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提升了20.8%和24.9%,摩擦因数在常温和200℃下分别下降了8.2%和25.2%,磨损率也降低了2个数量级,这主要源于杂化体中MoS;和CF之间的协同增强效应。A new type of carbon fiber antiwear filler coated with molybdenum disulfide,CF-MoS;hybrid was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method.A series of composites based on polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)were prepared by using hybrid fiber with different grafting amount as reinforcement.The crystalline structure,thermal properties and microstructure of the composites were characterized,and their tribological behavior and corresponding wear mechanism were discussed.The results show that compared to the pristine carbon fiber,the prepared hybrid fiber has a larger specific surface area and surface roughness,and compared with traditional binary composite filler composed of lubricating phase and reinforcing phase,it has a stronger interface binding force with the matrix.Due to the synergistic enhancement effect between MoS;and CF in hybrid,compared with the pure PTFE matrix,the initial decomposition temperature and the fastest decomposition temperature of the composite is increased by 8.4℃and 8.0℃respectively,the tensile strength and fracture elongation is increased by 20.8%and 24.9%,the friction coefficient is decreased by 8.2%and 25.2%at room temperature and 200℃,and the wear rate is decreased by two orders of magnitude.
