摘　　要：目的探讨胎盘部位浆肌层环形缝扎术联合B-Lynch子宫缝合术防治产后出血的效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年6月徐州医科大学附属徐州妇幼保健院收治的93例行剖宫产术分娩产妇的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(53例)。对照组采用剖宫产术联合B-Lynch子宫缝合术,观察组在对照组基础上行胎盘部位浆肌层环形缝扎术。比较两组患者术中、术后24 h出血量。结果观察组患者术中及术后24小时出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎盘部位浆肌层环形缝扎术联合B-Lynch子宫缝合术可明显减少患者产后出血量,降低子宫切除及并发症发生风险,促进术后恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of placental sarcomuscular annular suture combined with B-Lynch uterine suture in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 93 women who underwent cesarean section and delivered in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to June 2021.They were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(53 cases)according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with cesarean section combined with B-Lynch uterine suture.Observation group received annular suture in placenta on the basis of control group,and the intraoperative and postoperative blood loss at 24 h were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative and 24 h postoperative blood loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The annular suture of placental plasmomuscular layer combined with B-Lynch uterine suture can significantly reduce the promote postoperative recovery.
