摘 要:目的探讨医院信息化管理在门诊患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院门诊收治的178例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(89例)和观察组(89例)。比较两组挂号时间、排队等候时间、消极情绪和就诊总满意度。结果观察组挂号时间、排队等候时间均短于对照组,就诊后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组就诊总满意度为96.63%,高于对照组的88.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院信息化管理能够缩短门诊患者就诊等待时间,缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,从而提升就医满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of hospital information outpatients management.Methods A total of 178 patients in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(89 cases)and observation group(89 cases).The registration time,waiting time,negative emotion and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The registration time and queuing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.63%,which was higher than 88.76%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital information management can shorten the waiting time of outpatients,alleviate anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,and improve medical satisfaction.
