摘　　要：目的探讨手术室心理护理对异位妊娠患者腹腔镜术中情绪状况的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年4月吉安市中心人民医院腹腔镜手术治疗的60例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。两组均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用常规围手术期护理,观察组采用手术室心理护理。比较两组护理干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后并发症情况及出院时护理满意度。结果观察组的干预后SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出院时的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室心理护理对异位妊娠患者腹腔镜术中情绪有积极的影响,可以改善患者的情绪状态,缩短术后恢复时间,降低并发症风险,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in operating room on the emotional status of patients with ectopic pregnancy during laparoscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Ji′an Central People′s Hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both groups received laparoscopic surgery,the control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing in the operating room.The scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scales(SDS),recovery time of gastrointestinal function,length of hospital stay,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction at discharge were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results The SAS and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing in the operating room has a positive impact on the emotional status of patients with ectopic pregnancy during laparoscopic surgery.It can improve the emotional status of patients,shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients as a whole.
